Gala Evening
For the end of the first day of the conference, 4th March 2009, the conference organizers have prepared a festive gala dinner for its participants. The gala dinner will take place on the Congress Floor of Clarion Congress Hotel, in the Meridian Hall at 7 p.m. Throughout the evening Ondřej Havlka’s swing band – Melody Makers – will be entertaining the guests in the cultural section of the gala dinner. This band focuses on authentic interpretations of popular music from the beginning of the 1930s up to the early 1940s. Another tempting item on the gala dinner program will be the performance of the beautiful, lively violin duo Femme 2 Fatale.

City Tour and Czech Dinner
The IRFC 2009 Conference takes place in one of the most beautiful, picturesque and mysterious towns in the world – in Prague. During their stay the conference participants will have the opportunity to experience the unique atmosphere of historical Prague in the heart of Europe. The conference organizers have prepared an interesting City Tour for the conference participants for the late afternoon of the second conference day. During this tour the guides, speaking in different languages, will show the guests the most important Prague sights, such as Vyšehrad, the National Theatre, Petřín or the Prague Castle. After this guided tour the delegates will move to the monumental Prague Castle, the courtyard of which they will be able to see during a short walk.
Then in the evening the conference participants will spend their time in the nearby typical old Czech monastery brewery, called Strahov, on the premises of Strahov Monastery, which was founded by king Vladislav II in 1140. The taste buds of the visitors will be tempted by a typical Czech menu and excellent Czech beer, brewed directly in the brewery.
Logistic Excursion
The third day of the international IRFC 2009 Conference is dedicated to a specialized excursion to the automotive production company AUTO SKODA and to the ŠKODA Museum. Bus departure from Clarion Hotel is at 9 a.m. Return to Prague to Clarion Congress Hotel Prague is planned at 3 p.m.
